SIGPA Integral solution for wind turbine blade management. With the implementation of the SIGPA project, a global solution will be designed for the control inspection, monitoring, and repair operations of wind turbine blades in onshore and offshore wind farms in order to reduce maintenance costs focusing on a maintenance based on the real condition of the blade. W2P-HERA (Hybridisation of Wind Energy and Aquaculture) is a project that aims to develop multi-use solutions in W2Power technology, in its versions with aquaculture and integrated substation, as well as obtaining a pre-commercial design that facilitates the manufacture, implementation, use and full-scale survival of the technology. Isati participates in different aspects of the development and is fully responsible for the design and manufacture of the leaning towers and all of the associated systems. SHM Prototyping The main goal of the SHM programme is to develop monitoring systems and tools, designing specific methodologies and techniques as well as the algorithms and software tools necessary to extract, evaluate and present information on the structural health of transportation or energy systems. To achieve this objective, several lines of research have been developed since 2018. At the moment, the “SHM Prototyping” project stands out among our active projects, which aims to achieve a functional prototype that allows for the application of new methodologies and techniques for inspecting and monitoring structures.
